early 90s tune

trying to find an early 90s tune, dont even have a sample of it to upload

all i can remember about it is the words 'energy' were repeated in it every few seconds

i think it would be circa 1994

i know i havent a lot to go on here but worth a shot, first time i heard it was played by a guy called dj Sy in lautrex niteclub greystones
