Everybody loves the MFB gear out now.. The 503, 522 - both excellent versions of the TR808 & TR909.. And their range of Modular gear is pretty cool, as is the 'patchable' synths they do.. I only got into MFB in 2009 (by mistake) but they have been at it since 1982.. Check out this review of their 512 Digital Drummer.. There is one of these Units on display at SchneidersBeuro, and i'ts dinky.. I wanted one the moment i read this article in the 90's, because it was cheap as chips, and i imagined it would be all Linndrum-sounding.. never heard one, i wonder what it sounds like??
