Ahh yes.. one of the ORMONDE TAPES. What were they? Well, when [insert whatever silly name i went under then here] used play the ORMONDE MULTIMEDIA CENTRE,100-ish little bank-bags would be made up with a fanzine, a cassette and some other nonsense to buzZz off when you got home.. I would make & duplicate the Tape (usually a recording of the previous event..?) and SiN SiN would Copy up, fold and bind the RHINO fanzine, and manufacture things like custom Rizla Packets and paper dolls and so on to add to the Bag.. Our Secret-agent backpack'd dollybirds would then walk among the crowd during the night and hand the bags to people who looked like they needed one
Some people used to not get it at all, and would refuse them thinking they were bieng offered for sale or something, and then go nuts at the end of the night when they realised the truth! The Bags were a perfect fit for the back/shirt pocket, so usually made it home intact.. We did about 10 in total over 3 years, including 1 in London.
