    Help from producers please or anyone else that can help me

    i recorded a set and i left the trim up to the last and its very bassy. i have cool edit pro 2.0 and im messin around with it, just wondering if anyone could help me fix it. all help much appreciated

    u cud try playing it through a program that allows u to turn down the bass and re-record it.. but the quality will be shit and it wont sound too good.. shoulda checked ur levels b4 u started ur mix

      there should be a paragraphic equaliser in cool edit

      try maybe the effects folder if there is one, or process, or something like that

      then just roll off as much bottom end as it needs gone

        i was well proud of the mix except for the sound!

        the mixer is pish also, some mike newton guy from manchester is sending me over his old djm 500 so that sould be fun!
